1. All user rights are owned by Caravan-Lettings.co.uk.

2. The name 'Caravan-Lettings', 'www.Caravan-Lettings.co.uk', including all banners and text relating to these names are the property of Caravan-Lettings and cannot be used by any other party without express written permission from Caravan-Lettings.

3. By advertising your caravan through Caravan-Lettings you are agreeing that all information regarding the caravan and the whereabouts of the caravan including the description and pictures are correct at time of posting of advert.

4. Any mis-representation(s) of the whereabouts and description, including condition, of the caravan are the responsibility of the caravan owner. Caravan –Lettings will not be held responsible for any said mis-representation(s).

5. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure any permission needed to advertise specific holiday and/or caravan parks, which their caravan may be sited on, is gained from the operator of that caravan/holiday park.

6. All payments and funds must be paid directly to Caravan-Lettings before the end of the initial free period in order for the advert to remain listed. We will advise 30 days prior to the end of the initial free period.

7. All prices are subject to a 14-day refund policy, excluding payments for web page design. No refund will be given after this period.

8. All advertisers have the right to withdraw their advert at any time. Although, as in point 7, no refund will be given if this is done later than 14 days after payment.

9. Caravan-Lettings will allow customers to place their personal web page details on their advert. However, we will not allow any business or commercial web site to be advertised.

10. Whilst Caravan-Lettings will not be held responsible for the wording of any advert submitted, we reserve the right to edit adverts so as they remain in keeping with the rest of the web site.

11. Only two pictures can be submitted per advert.

12. Caravan-Lettings retain the right to withdraw any advert without prior notice if it is deemed to infringe any of the above terms and conditions.
